Yall have the worst customer service team i seen yet. I been trying to contact some for almost a week and im still getting the same messege. No available we will get back to you as soon as possible. Then i missed the job i wanted to take due to your poor service

No jobs where I am plus not enough hrs for how far I would have to drive . Really needs lots of improvement
GREAT EXPERIENCE
Had issues last year and couldn't take a job. Had proof of my truck breaking down and covid and other stuff and they banned me. So I use wonolo now and get gigs.
I worked yesterday and I can't get access to my money today, I cannot call nobody and nobody will not respond to my text until they feel like it, it seem like it's an app based off of your feelings instead of business, I try to be cool about it but if I'm not getting no response this is how the reaction comes up... Every time I try to verify my phone number it will say that it's invalid, I just feel like this is a ghost at where nobody don't really care about the workers but only their progress.
